Default Raptor Oil Tank Screen????

I was reading in the DS forum about how they have a filter screen in/on the oil tank and if it gets clogged up it will eventually seize the motor. They said theirs have been pretty dirty, too! Someone on that forum said the Raptor had one too and I would like to know where it is so I can clean it out when I change my oil. I would rather not have a blown engine. Thank you for any information.

it is part of the tube that goes in the bottom of the oil tank.
The one that is held in by 2 allen head bolts.

Thanks guys, I just changed the oil so I will check it next time I change the oil. Have you had any problems with it being clogged? Thanks again.

I know there is also on inside the cases that should be cleaned if you ever split them. For some reason my idiot mechanic didn't clean mine out when he did the tranny swap. One of these days I am going to fire myself for stupid crap like that.

Good topic BTW WallStreet!
