No Spark

No Spark
I have a 1989 Banshee, The just bought new carbs that came off a 01 Banshee. I just put them on and not getting any spark. Oh yes I tried discontenting the wires that come off the carb tops, I think they are TORS. Still nothing. Everything worked great before I changed them. Any Ideas?
