Rejetting is farily simple take the carb off, take the bottom plate of the carb off, take out the old jet which will look like a gold screw in the middle and put in a bigger one, you probably won't have to mess with anything else just the main.

Default Qustion about the blaster?

We just put one on my sons 03 Blaster. They come with everything you need and very good instructions. It took us about 1.5 hours. Jetting was right on with the suplied jet, we didn't use all the airbox vents just 8. The power is very good, I wish some of the other pipes that I have in years past gave as much of an increase in power. Oh and the sound is great a little loud but sounds very good, like no other. I highly recomend the Toomey B1 kit, we got the chrome.

the kit comes with complete instructions. it includes pipe removal and installation, main jet change and needle change. The pipe is really loud compared to stock but it looks and sounds great. get it at rockymountainatv.com. they truly have the best price for this kit.
