One week ago the clutch cable broke on our 98 Warrior. We received our mail order and would like any suggestions or tips on installing the new cable. My 16 year old son would like to install the cable as soon as possible, because we both miss riding. Any suggestions--we have the old cable off. Thanks for your help . . .John

Lube it up real good before you install it. There is something called dry-slide that is suposed to work good and keep the dirt out. I never used it, mabie next time. Hang it from something, lube the top, and let the lube run into the cable, it will take a while to get the lube down in there. When you install it make shure that there is a little freeplay at the lever.
