I live near OKC, which is right in the center of Oklahoma... Ive been preparing to get a YFZ soon and was wondering if it might be worth the drive to an outlying area to get one. The most popular Yamaha dealership in OKC is a place called Maxey's and they are a typical stealership... they want 6900 for the YFZ solid, no dealing and most likely have other fees such as assembly and for sure taxes on top. How does that compare to what people have seen in their area?
Maxey's told me they only have 6 YFZ's to last till April I believe he said... and they for see having no difficulty selling them so are not budging on the price.

Well I dont think you'll find a YFZ any cheaper, but if you know anyone that lives in texas, then you can have them buy one down thier(no sales tax). The 450.00 bones you will save will get you a nice set of Paddles,and maybe a slip-on.
