not to sound like a jerk or anything, but how can you rule the strip if you cant handle most of the 2-strok crowd? Just curious...

 

No raptor03s 686 is not a 14mins clone. It's a 11:1 , stage 1 hotcams.

 

I never claimed to rule the strip, but i did beat all the 2 strokes though that were there that day [ CR500 dirtbike ] [drag banshee] and every other 2 stroke I ran!!!!

IT WAS THE 4- STROKES THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH

 

FYI - That Red and black Raptor with the big guy on it that whooped some A$$ (Tony)is going to be at Pismo tomorrow along with the Sparks 690 that was running good that weekend before the 4th.

The Z400 that you are talking about was not on nitrous, its a small 120 lb dude that has it lightened up pretty good and running 110 octane and it flys. Actually its only a 435 kit. The 486 sparks kit will be out Labor day at Pismo spanking some mo a$$ [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I see alot of builders out there but I am not dissing anyone builder at all. I like watching the races and seeing who does what. All it is to me is how much money you got to put in your bike. I am sure Trinity, CrayCraft and Samcoe could build some mean a$$ machines but it all depends on how much money you give them and on top of that, you need a good rider then I believe $hit will fly!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

I like them all!! dont get me wrong. I just had a new Sparks Pipe and jet kit and it Dyno tuned for optimal power and it feels 10x better than the WB set up I had.

FYI, i said nitro, like nitro methane or nitropropane .... you can blend some "nitro" with gas.... "NOS.", nope did not see any evidence of that!! i looked closely, but that z-400 exuahst DID NOT smell like 110 fuel, if you have ever smelled nitro it is pretty distinctive, the owner of Z400 told me it was 110 octane too, but take a whiff of that Z400 and tell me it is straight fuel, BUT maybe when you saw him he was running gas.. who knows.... sometimes my ultimate 4 smells like nitro but it is only 92 octane....LOL

 

you may have beaten the 2-strokes that you ran. But it was selective racing. There is no way you ran with the sparks 265, 350, the 3 535 cheetahs that were there, the triple, the meth 370 honda's in the drag chassis. Correct me if im wrong, are you talking about 4th of july?

 

I was there the weekend before the 4th, i was NOT there on the 4th of july, and by the way, i dont do selective racing, and i sure wish my ds was fast enough to run with 535 cheatahs, i cannott say i would beat that!!! BUT, i would sure at least run them, i dont get all bent out of shape if i cant win against everything, but them 2 strokers sure get a bit upset when a 4 stroke beats em... i ran a 3??R with drag chassy and light everything and I only beat it by half a bike length, it had a bowling ball type pipe, it originally was a 250R, custom something and he was dropping the hammer on almost everything out there..
