By venting do you mean the side panels?

dunno what you are asking about the override switch

as far as the side panels, I would check the highlifter.com board, there are tons of Grizz riders there with plenty of ideas.

I plan on buying some 04 vented side panels soon, for my 02 Grizz

i have pics of my vary basic side panel mod, lol.
as for the override switch. i did it the easy way. take loose the cdi box. it is under the seat and is held in with 1 screw. on the bottom of it there is a white wire. it needs to be cut in 2. i ran 1 end of it to a toggle switch and mounted it to the dash. ran the other end of the switch back to the other end of the white wire. hit the switch, and no more rpm limiter while in diff lock 4 wheel drive.
hope this helped ya out!!!
