Just Back from Pismo. Comp-Hill. Y-450 going at it with a Banshee. I didn’t count how many times they went up the hill, but banshee did win MOST of the time. I talked to the owner (Phil) of the banshee, he said the 450 is fast…banshee did have t6 pipes K&N filter.450 bone stock…Phil is a 2 stroke moto guy…but very impressed with 450. Only saw one airlift, & One guy flew over the bars of his bike, when he hit a ditch (BIG OUCH) his hip was ether broke or dislocated. I did have my own mishap, my brother ridding and all of a sudden his tire comes off in the middle of no where…lol..the center nut and cotter pin lost in the sand…we went for ranger but no where to be found. Some guys stopped buy and said they would be back with truck….they did and took us back to camp ….cool guys…Picked Up nut and pin @ B.J’s.

 

How was the sand? Was it all hacked up from all of the trafic? How crowded?

 

We left about 7 am, as soon as we passed L.A. no traffic at all…when we got there, not many people …Friday… Saturday still wasn’t jammed packed…was great…I’m going back on the 23rd this mo.

 

i always wanted to go to pismo. but living on this rock, and being 15... when your going up a hill, is there an instant drop off?

 

NO NOT ALL, up the hill then it just levels off.............

 

sounds fun i would love to go to the dunes sometime but there are none around here [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

it was nice but the drags was messed up...
