I hope Honda does come out with a new 450 quad. By summer of next year I'll be in the market for another quad and right now the 2005 YFZ has my money. I want as many choices to choose from as possible. I'm not brand loyal at all. Should this hold true the Predator, YFZ, and the new Honda 450 will be in the running.

lol.. i was just playing guys. I have nothing against yamaha and if i wasnt poor i would have a yfz450. im just trying to point out that you shouldnt rush building a new quad, especially when your gonna dish out 7-8 grand on it. I know you guys find it annoying when ppl talk about the 01 trannies but i find it annoying when ppl give honda crap about taking so long. Its only for a reason.

I thought it was funny and I've replaced 1 tranny and will have to do another one day. I can sympathize with the Honda guys. I'm sure the new 450 will be as good as any out there right now.

 

I wonder what the % of raptors have had their tranny poo the bed....cuz I know a couple 01's with 0 problems.

 

yamaha will be better than honda in speed and look far more years
