I'll say it again........ your pilot jet is too lean!! If you get popping on decel, and you get a bog when the throttle is snaped quickly your pilots are lean. If your three turns out on the fuel screw that should also be an indicator that its too lean. Your adjustment for the fuel screw should be between 1/2 turn out and 2_1/2 turns out.
