Default Hard Boiled Brakes!

O.k. Guys! Here's the deal I take my lady out riding, She's on my trusty dusty 03 Raptor while I kick rocks at her with my WR 426! All's fun and good yada, yada, yada! Well, the next day I jump on the 4 wheeled beast getting her ready for her post ride bath and I notice that there is absolutely NO rear brakes left! I mean none! Rear brake lever with all my weight on it and I'm still coasting down my drive way!! The B. pads look fine! According to my inquiries to dealers she apparently rode the bike the whole day while her foot rode the brake lever, boiling the brake fluid and freezing the "O" rings in the brake caliper (or something to that effect)! Does anyone out there in Quadland know how I can fix this? Do I bleed, replace, or what? I'm pretty handy with a wrench and some bubble gum so if it's not to terribly difficult I'd like to do it myself if possible! It's definitely cheaper and I like to learn as I go! I'd appreciate any advice on the brake fix and the A$$ chewing for the lady.....actually I got that last one covered!!
