Baffles refer to the system used by most factory pipes to both lower noise levels and provide adequate backpressure to the engine. These tend to be a very restrictive design and rather than buy an expensive aftermarket pipe, many people try to cut corners by removing their baffles from the stock exhaust. NOT a good idea! heck yea it sounds like the world is comin to a end

 

louder but aint. much. the stock pipe is pretty restrickted! as i found out after i got my alba on 2day

I would have to say 62ish

 

i had trouble getting my baffle out i got a pair of vice grips and clamped them on and then hit it with a hammer lightly and it will slowley loosen out without messing anything up

60 mph with 200 lb. rider

 

I have a 99 warrior wiht a cobra pipe and its jetted im 130 and it does about 65-66 ,

My warrior is all stock but was rebuilt and put a wisco piston in it but not any bigger just more compression and it goes 67 mph
