I am haveing a hard time deciding whether to rebuild my head with the mild web cam for $350 with all the other parts or to buy a used complete head for around $150 and bolt it on. Many people have told me that the larger cam will decrease reliability.
Another option I am toying with is parting it out. It is a 96 with a slight bend in the frame and ugly plastic but just about everything else is new. I got it for 1100 and am not sure it would be worth it to put more money into it or try to part it out and search for a cheap raptor.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

put the better parts from the crappy 1 on your good 1 and then get the cam and stuff
