Yea i was looking for a set of tires for my new 2003 blaster, and i was wondering if the RAZR's and the RARZ2's are good. They look pretty much teh same, but if there is a main difference between the 2 could you please tell me cuz ill gladly spend the extra 50& on the 2's, but if not then just go for the RAZR's. THANX

 

The original Rarz and the Rarz2 are different in the size of the lugs, the Rarz2 are more agressive, but also heaver.

 

I have Razr's, they have been wearing nicely, my only question is why they have directional arrows on the sidewalls, they look the same no matter how you mount them?

 

I called Maxxis once and asked them that question. They said it is a casting misprint. They can be run in either direction.

 

Are the Razr 2's two ply?

and they are very good. they really grab.

The only reason I went with the regular Razr over the Razr 2 is because you can only get the 2's in 6 ply and I don't really need the extra protection or weight. But they both hookup great.
