No just one on each carb. Their right in the middle of the carb on the bottom just in front of the bowl.

When you took the carbs out to adjust the floats you twisted it, then set it up on top of the quad. Then you twisted back and put it back in. My guess is you twisted the cables one full turn. While the quad is running turn the handlebars all the way left and all the right. If your Idle goes up and down your cables are twisted. Also if you turned the gas on and it ran faster maybe your floats are stuck, the needle valves has some crud in it and is not shutting the gas off. Does gas come out of the over flow tube? Did you open the top of the carbs and mess with the needle position? Did you install everything up there correctly. Did you install the slide spring in both carbs. Your slide could be sticking, you might have tore the diaphram up there. Did you adjust the fuel air mixture screws when you had the carbs out? Turn each one all the way in, then count 2 1/2 to 3 full turns out as you open them back up. Its obviously in your carb setup. Re do everything you did originaly and double check that evrything is as it should be. Good luck.

Thanks to everyone. it is all fixed. It was either the air/fuel mixture screw, or the throddle linkage was jammed somewhere or both. But thanks to everyone expecially raptorjay.
