You should probably change the oil at 20 hours or so, also grease everything up. Valves can go a little longer before needing checked, and probably wont need adjusted for a while after the initial break-in. Keep the filter clean.

grease and lube chain after every ride. change oil and filter every 20 or so hours. check nuts and bolts and torque wheels every couple rides. check tire pressure and chain slack every ride. and adjust valves every 60-80 hours depending on how u ride.

there is 2 8" long bolts that hold your housing 2 your swing arm loosen those not completelyjust so u can c that the nuts are off a little. then u wanna look at the screws that are stickiing straight at u if u r loooking from the bak... loosen the small nuts taht r on them then screw the screws in until the chain starts getting tight it should have about 1' of play whne ur sitting on the quad.....in the manual it gives u thourogh directions also

Just a tip, I've had my Warrior for 3 years plus and I do a lot of mud and water riding. I unplugged every electrical plug and connection on my quad and found they were full of mud and corroding.
The cylinoid was crusty and green! After cleaning each plug or connection I filled them with
diaelectric gel. It can be bought at most any autoparts store. My qaud is running better than ever.
Also take the lights off and put the gel inside the light bulb socket. I had to take the rear plastic off to get easier access to some plugs. Its really worth the effort.
Good luck

you dont have to pull the head to adjust the valves. just remove the head cover and check clearence with a feeler gauge, very very basic job. if you want to do it tell me and i will talk you through the steps.
