Typically you dont have to rejet for the compression change, but check your plugs, depending on what race fuel you run you might.
Depending on where you live, you might not need the race fuel. I run 18cc domes, but I am way up in the clouds. 6400ft.
It looks like you are in Penn, so I would guess your altitude is not very high, but check with some of the locals and see what they run.

I replied to your pm, but will here also.
What I would do is see what kind of cranking compression you have to start with. That will give you a baseline. Check out the banshee zone.com, I think that is the website that has a chart to give you an idea of what kind of compression you can expect.
The difference I noticed was in the bottom end, really helped the engine, where it would just fall out of the power band before, now it will keep lugging itself up the hill.
The biggest bang for your buck in the power department will be porting. I have not had either of my machines ported, and probably wont as I am going to build a rail instead.
Good luck

As you can see below I have a 2000 Banshee and basically the mild porting means that it hasn't been "polished".
You will notice a difference in power. This last weekend I used 1/2 race and 1/2 premium gas for mix--I was told that it would run better/cooler with the mixture--and it did. A little. I'm sure I would have noticed a bigger difference with straight race gas but at 4-5 bucks a gallon it's a bit pricey. Mine is screamin' fast with just premium unleaded and the race mixture is something I will get once in awhile just not all the time. I guess my advice would be if you're going to go out and race anyone that comes along all day, go with the racing fuel. If you're just riding and not planning on racing that much I don't think it's worth the extra scratch. Oh yeah, the race fuel was 110 octane.
