Default Aftermarket carbs for Raptor

Next year I'm planning some simple mods for the Raptor.

One of them is the carb. Is there a carb that retains it's wheelie happy nature (if not more) and going to a single instead of a dual. I thin dual carbs can be a pain in the **** to work on. Something that won't require an aftermarket throttle or kill my thumb from riding all day.

Also can I replace the piston to something like 11:5.1 (anything that will allow me to run high octane pump gas) and anything to consider when replacing the piston?

depending on elevation........you can only go up to 11:1 running pump gas in my elevation.......but if you are at like 6000 you could probably run 12:1

There is no real problem but it seems like it doesn't idle properly. Also I understand the carb boots are junk and to invest in that upgrade (I forget what they use to make it) it would be waste if I went with a single carb. I just want to see what are my options. I don't want to get crazy with the mods just more overall power out of the thing. I just want to be faster than a stock machine.
