I raced my bud on his YZF450. My Raptor got him out of the hole every time and about 100-150 foot.. but after that he'd reel me in and pull away. That thing has wicked top end. It feels like it revvs to the moon. I'm considering a 3rd quad now. I gotta give it to Yamaha for finally making this machine. I'm going to wait until the Honda comes out and see what more aftermarket goodies come out for this thing and how competition might affect it's price. I think it's a bit too high for what they are going for. With it's release I understand it drove the price of the Raptor down. I wasn't a believer until today.
