Default Best Drag 4-Stroke??

FST has a 785cc high compression big bore kit for the KFX700. It would be perfect for flat 300ft cause the auto gets great holeshots.

i would build the yfz 450 cause it it is feather light

a yfz 450 with a pipe is supposed to keep right up with a 690 raptor

As they always says.... "There's No Replacement For Displacement". I would go with the raptor. I don't think any 4 strokes can keep up with a well built 727

Default Best Drag 4-Stroke??

i just got back from the dunes in florence oregon where i ride and as i stated before i thought that the ds probably had the most potential four a four stroke drag quad but after seeing a yfz i have changed my mind.the yfz that i saw drag racing had a different pipe and who knows what else but it was beating up on everything in its path including me by about three quad lengths in a 300 foot race.if you have only seen stock yfzs or the ones with just the baffle removed and jetting they are not near as fast as the one i saw today that was piped.the banshees that this guy was beating were not getting slaughtered by any means but he was taking them by probably one quad length but he did not lose to any of them and i saw him race about 6 or 8 very fast banshees.the holeshot that the yfz can get is the most impressive thing that i noticed ,well that and the fact that nobody could touch him. even though the ds is capable of very good performance it seems quite clear that the yfz when built past stock form is capable of even more.this is not a biased opinion but rather a report of what i saw today and if i were of a size that would fit comfortably on a yfz i would own one that is for sure.
