First thing to do is get pipes on it. Then go to your intake (air filter, boost bottle, reeds, and proper jetting for everything). That should get you on your feet. After that, the skys the limit.
By the way, the Banshee will be a step up from your EX so get ready for it.

CPI pipes are a little more expensive than something like Toomeys or FMFs. You're lookin at anywhere from $400 to $550 for a decent setup on the pipes. Then for an airfilter, something like a K&N and adapter, you're lookin at about $80. A boost bottle helps a little and they are about $30 to $40 (get a White Bros.). Then onto reeds. To do it right, get Delta V-Force 2 reeds and cages (carbon fiber). You can also just get Boyesen carbon fiber reeds that go in the stock cages for much less than the Deltas, but they aren't as good. Can't remember what I paid for my Delta setup, but it's well over $100 (just so you have an idea).
Hope this helps a little- these are just the basics for Banshee owners, after that like I said before, the skys the limit!!
