Default Kicker on (UPDATE)...

did it ever even come on?
Yes, but I'd dare say it has (had) a low set point.

Default Kicker on (UPDATE)...

Have a fix for the kicker arm - www.thunder-alley.net. This guy, Bob Murray, builds pipes to order. I'm running one on my CRF along with a ton of other guys I know. There's at least one person on this forum running a Thunder Alley too.

Anyway, I'll put the Sparks pipe on my wifes bike that will never be kick start and there won't be a problem.

I'll take pics of the TA once it's done and on. I'm having Bob build a header that will, for the most part, match the bend of the stocker - I want a works look. I know Bob's silencer will be lighter (and probably louder) than the Sparks unit.

BTW, a full Thunder Alley system is $350.00. He doesn't have a big name, but he builds very good pipes. You won't see the YFZ listed on his site. His lower price and commitment to his customers makes up for his lack of "marketting". When you talk to Bob, you're talking to the guy that is going to build your pipe.
