Anyway I have a "JAP" quad(4 stroke), mine sounds nothing like a civic. I love my "JAP" quad.

That doesn't mean that I have to hate Muscle cars. Fact is I would spend my last dollar on a muscle car before I even thought about buying an rice burner. I can't stand when you got these punk kids pull up next to you with these cars that ride 1/2 inch off the ground and when they rev it, it sounds similar to what I sound like after eating beans and drinking a crap load of beer. Get my point?

A buddy had a perfect 69 GTO, that was an awfully nice car in those days, and pretty fast too. One of the best body styles of the era, and good build quality. I wouldn't mind having one, then I would be on the other side of this argument "Muscle cars rule, dude!"

Actually, it is rear wheel drive. They've had them in Australia for several years now as the Holden. It has the LS1, T56 tranny and junk rearend right out of the Camaro and Firebird.
It is going to be a very cool thing to have a four door with that kind of power.

 

Until then GM has no real 4-door muscle cars here in America and it will most likely be really slow. Have a look at the KB Mercury Marauder S- 450rwhp, 1/4m 12.5@110mph@4600lbs and handles better than a gt! now thats impressive! or the KB panther (crown victoria)-350hp running low 13's. Whens the last time you saw a trans am, ss, or cobra lose to a "family car"?

The Holden Monaro will come here as the GTO. The Commodore is the 4dr, can't get it here yet.

 

Ford Should bring the Falcon GT-P from australia Just click on the GT-P. Do the math. 290 Kw comes out to just under 390 hp! This would get Mustang buyers who need 4 doors hooked. I would certainly buy one, but I want a T56 and the 500 hp Ford GT motor!And can you say rear drive? Ford Falcon GT-P
