how can u be comparing hp to displacement when the zo6 is 5.7l and the cobra is 4.6 and the cobra is still faster and gets better milage. ill give it to chevy tho for making more hp than ford but did they have to do it with the most common engine around? if it was a 3.1 liter like in the corsica pushing 405 hp id be inpressed. but not with the 5.7
back to the topic an 86 mustang recieving a 351w cant wait to put it to the metal
its not what i consider a muscle car but itll desimate all ricers in my area when they have there 100 shot of nitrois. cant wait

Car and Driver had a Subaru pushing 480HP[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Of course $80,000 later. They fried the clutch so it would have been faster. And this is only using a 2.0 lt or 2.5. So whatsup with these 5.7s, 4.7s and other big blocks making around the same HP stock? American muscle must not be very efficent?
Heres one for you. There is a remote control car faster than a lamborghina(sp) in 0-60. And its under $500. Its a .21 about 3cc motor, you guys with 5.7 wanna race? lol

hmmm lets see here the z06 has a bigger motor, weighs less, more hp (according to chevrolet), cost more but yet is just as fast as the SVT cobra? if you really look at it the cobra is a faster car weighing more, having less hp, and cost alot less.
