Ask DSmike how slow scooby's turbo ds builds boost. lol Dsmike had gone about 75 feet when it shot straight up in the air so fast he could not do anything but watch it flip up, over and see the handlebar break his leg[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

AZRAptor- If you put as much thought as scooby did in his then all the other raptors/ds out your way will be racing for 2nd place. It took scooby almost 2 years to get his where he wanted it. On flat drags from 300 to 660 feet he was untouchable. If he had a better clutch set-up to run hills his quad would have been a contender at fSW. He made the power just could not get it to the ground out there.

The turbo raptor that was there last year was cheasy at best. All i could say about that raptor was it had a turbo on it.

 

I actually build custom fuel injection systems for a living and have the best systems available for this project. I have also built some extremely powerful turbo engines. I had a turbocharged Nissan that put down 600 HP to the wheels with a 2 liter engine on race gas, and ran 10.30's in the 1/4 mile. Thats equivalant to extracting 198 HP to the wheels out of a 660 CC engine. I am only looking for 80 HP all day long, and 100-110 when I need it. So considering what I have done in the past with fuel injection and turbo setups, a 100 HP Raptor should be a relatively mild turbo engine, especially considering now I am running Methanol.

 

Huntchback- Where did I get defensive about my bike? I like my bike even if it's not the fastest. See I've worked to build my bike I didn't get everything handed to me by mommy and daddy. And I don't run nitro just race gas.
