trying to raise needles on raptor, have slides out but havent figured out how to get needles out of slides, can anybody help, thank you

 

Needle nose pliers, grab the little plastic piece and pull it out from inside the diaphram. There is a little spring in there so be careful not to lose it. Push the needle out and note the washers etc in what order they are on the needle. Move the clip to the groove of your choice and put it back together. Make sure you insert the plastic retainer all the way or it may come lose while riding.
