Default Expected HP Increase With Nitrous Express

Im still debating on wether to sale or not... If I dont sale I want some serious horse power increases... Nitrous Express is what will give me most of that... My question is... When useing a 50 shot of nitrous, does it give u 50 horses instantly ? Or is it lower than 50 ? My machine dynoed a while back at 56HP, with a 50 shot of nitrous will this put me at 106 ? I dont see it... but thats my question... Thankx

I have heard that the Raptor head doesn't like to flow more than around a 30 shot, but that is just what I've heard. That may be a stock head, too. I can sure tell a difference when I engage mine, and it is only a 20 shot. I have heard King Raptor runs a 60 shot on his 66 hp Trinity 727 and dynoed at over 100 rwhp. Again, just what I have heard. One thing I do know is that you will be able to feel it, AND YOU WILL LIKE IT!

By the way, I took some pics of my nitrous today and tried to create a page so you could see them. I have them saved in Word, but when I click add in the picture place in my page, it says it is uploading, but then shows no picture on my page. It says pending approval at the top. Are my pictures there, I just can't see them until they approve my page. or am I doing something wrong? Also, how long does it usually take for them to approve my page? Thanks for any help.

Me and another guy have shot 25 shot quite a few times with no problems. What compression piston is this with? I know someone who shoots 30-35 shot pretty frequently. Someone I know shot 60 and blew a head gasket. Maybe get a good head gasket, low-comp piston and shoot 40??

50 shot or 8 shot it's all the same amount of Nitrous being injected at one time it's just one holds alot more.

The bigger the shot say 50 the bigger the bottle, it's not 50HP and 20 shot isn't 20HP. You could have a 250 shot if you wanted to strap in on the seat.

Get a 8 shot if you want something small that you can hide under the seat.

However big of a shot does equal horsepower. 20 shot = 20 hp, 30 shot = 30 hp, and so on. The size of the bottle is determined by how many pounds of nitrous it holds. Mine is a 5 pound bottle that is currently set to 20 shot (20 hp) and can be adjusted by jets that go in the nozzles up to 50 hp.

Wallstreet. Your pictures will show up as soon as the mods get a chance to view and except them.

From what i have seen. I would say you get a little more than 1/2 of what you shot. If you think you are shooting 20 you get 10-12. And a 50 is about 30 hp. Now if you are on trinity's dyno or CT you will get more. lol

So if that is really what you are adding, do you think I would be ok to run the 30 shot jets on my stock motor?
