Blaster 240 Kit
Im not real sure what all they include. If he has to get a sleeve pressed in its going to be more than that. Then he still has to buy a new piston and gaskets. He needs to make sure he will still have overbores left over too, since its a two stroke. Not a bad idea though, it will retain its reliability since its not ported and wont eat rings.

I have a Vitos 240 cylinder that he provided me a dyno sheet that says 30HP. It certainly felt like twice as much over stock. I sold the machine and kept the cylinder. It needs to be bored and a new piston fitted up. Just haven't put on E-bay yet. I'd sell for $120 dollars ($50 to bore and 140 for a new piston =$310). reply back on here if he's interested. I'll put on ebay starting at $70 in a week or two.

Yes..It is a good cylinder, just needs to be fitted with a new piston. I'm not saying it is worth a bunch of money but it saves about $100 buck and gives a spare jug which is nice. A guy can keep the your stock bore as a backup. The blaster engine is nice in that the stock head has about .7-1.0 mm clearance with the big bore so you don't have to remachine the squish band. I ran this cylinder with a stock head and switched later to a high compression head using higher octane fuel. very strong. Not quite a 250R beater like the adds say but I was able to pass 400EX's in motocross races just outpulling them in the straights.
