SPORT OR UTILITY???
Im 30 yrs old and have never had anything with Speed or Mucsle (no Dirt bikes, or ATV's, not even a FAST car!!!) I have a need for speed and also would like to go out in the woods. I think I like the Yamaha Utilitys and Sport Quads but cant decide if I should get the Sport or the Utility (Raptor or Grizzly) How much speed can I expect from a raptor and from a 660 Grizzly?, I weigh about 275 pounds, thats why I like the Utilitys. Thanks!

SPORT OR UTILITY???
i just got a yamaha wolverine about 2 weeks ago and i love it.
its all wheel drive sport/utility and has a high ground clearance so its great for trail riding, snow, or mudding.
it also has a warrior motor so it goes pretty fast stock. like around 60 mph.
the racks in the front and back can come off so u can use it for sport riding or hauling stuff.
great quad for anything.
go with a wolverine

SPORT OR UTILITY???
lol yeah you do bmw, Your a pretty big guy I'm 250 myself I bottom out my warrior on a bigger jump like 6 ft with out a landing pad. Believe me though if you sit on a sport quad they are 2 very differnt worlds. Raptors and Grizz have the same motor. A raptor does seem to be faster just because of the weight. But I think you should try a Raptor utilities get boring pretty fast.

SPORT OR UTILITY???
the Vforce seems like a good choice.
I would still recommend the Grizzly. It is a do anything, go anywhere type of bike. Plenty fast (mid 60's) I am 240ish and it rides great
The Raptor is great also. It's a good it faster then the grizz but can't go as many places as the grizz can.
All depends on what kinda riding you want to do. Any of the 3 would be a great choice!

SPORT OR UTILITY???
I'm 34 @ 270. I was in your shoes this spring. I ended up going with the Raptor because I figured that I would enjoy speed more than traversing through places that a sport quad won't go. There is no comparing the hp or handling of the two. Totally different design and purpose. I love the Raptor but it has its limitations. When I get a second quad it will be a grizz.
