I took some pictures of my Rappy with my friends digital camera, then he e-mailed them to me. I have them saved in word. When I open its properties it says it is a file, and on my page for the forums, it says they have to be in jpg or gif format only. How do I post them? Thank you very much for any replies.

 

I'm not sure but I think he would have to change them and send them to you as a jpeg.

 

Most digital cameras will save the pics in jpg format. Just tell him to email the pics to you again only tell him to not insert them into a word document this time.

 

Or you can use an Adobe program to change it. If ya have one.

 

When I open the e-mail it lists them as a jpeg, but when I save them it goes to a document and not a picture. How would I change it with Adobe Acrobat Reader? (which I DO have)

You can open it with paint and save it as gif or jpg too.

 

Damn I forgot about paint that works. Do that Wall. Just save as and select jpeg.

 

OK, I got them into jpeg format, but now when I try to put it in my page, it says that it is too big, maximum size is 150kb. How do I make it smaller? Thanks again.

 

try this, in paint go up to image and select stretch/skew then down size the horizontal and vertical

 

OK, got them down to size. Is it normal for the box and text to appear but only a red X shows up in the box? I really appreciate your help.
