Default blaster leaking from pipe

i asked this question a while ago, my 03 blaster is leaking what looks like oil form where the head pipe goes into the engine. is this oil? is this leaking a bad thing? i still have the auto mixer so i dont mix gas/oil. if this is a problem, how do i fix it?
