105hp is very possible with this set up,Martin Saint of Stealth Engineering got 112hp on race gas from a 400cc Cheetah top end he posted his dynorun a few months ago on Planetsand. With that said DaveVato's set up wont make 105hp.

i have a friend with a trinity 500 kit on a banshee with CPI out frame big bore drag pipes,35.5 gas and all the bells and whistles! trinity claimed 125 hp and he had it dynoed just recently and it dynoed at 65 hp! pretty funny huh..... gotta love those trinity guys!

Yeah, I have never had real good faith in Trinity, my buddy bought some stuff for his DS650 like the pipe, and it didnt work to well. Not to mention other stuff I have heard in the forums. But someone said with the Cheetah cylinders that even Trinity couldnt screw them up. So, once I throw it all together I will take it down to Detroit and have it dynoed.

Blah, blah, blah. I hate hearing these silly dyno numbers. I suppose that dyno's are great for tuning, but it really doesn't matter how much hp you make on paper, it is how quick you can go.
Trinity claims 96 hp on their 500's, and I once saw one of their dyno sheets for a 500 on nitrous at 110hp. I'm not saying that number is realistic, but why would they then tell someone that a 500 on gas is going to make 125 hp?? 125 hp is what they were advertising Anthony Phillips having on NOS when he set the B Pro Record last year.
Besides, I know TheBom dynoed in Paducah KY and what numbers he produced. I am quite sure that a Trinity 500 would dyno around the same as his Stage III DS on NOS. Based on that information, I would say 95 hp for a 500 is pretty close with the "local" dyno.
And someone posted a video of a Trinity 500 on Ohton's dyno at Four Stroke Wars II. Ohton's dyno may have been "friendly" also, but they hit 97 hp before it locked up.
My STOCK cylindered, Stage III ported (Stage III = rideable) 404 cc big bore Trinity ran 4.8's in 300ft with STOCK tranny, 33 PWK carbs, STOCK reed cages, Paul Turner Hi-Rev pipes, STOCK chassis, 21x12x10 Padla Brats, and a 200 lb rider. That same engine has been run over 3 years with the only changes being new clutch plates. I'd say that is pretty impressive.
It was also fast enough to take second place in Open Pro TT at Ste Genevieve Motopark on the day I raced. That was also on stock chassis and knobby tires. I hadn't raced TT in over 2 years. www.stegenmotopark.com
And I have seen other popular brands not live up to their claims either. I've had good luck with Trinity and most likely I will use them again. Just my experience.

Hey Daren,
I agree with you. I would like it dynoed for my own records. Just to see what it is. I am sure that it wont be what trinity claims, because I know I wont have it tuned properly. But, if I dick with it enough, and keep getting it dynoed I should have it close, although I have the promx port, and thats probably not going to give me as much as say the Stage IV or Pro TT port. And I was mistaken about the horsepower that I mentioned above, here is the write up from trinity's website:
