well, im going to get rid of my 300ex, since i rencently went riding with some friends who had a banshee z400 and others... and noticed i had a big lack of power... right now im looking at a new banshee or a new raptor(plan on financing), which one of these would win stock vs stock?(the new 450YFZ is a little to mutch for me to be able to afford a month financing)

 

Faster in what?? They are w/in 2-3 mph of each other bone stock, depending on the temp, humidity, rider weight, riding surface.... What kinda riding will you be doing.. Need more info to help you decide. I suggest buying used(already modded) and saving$$$.

Well if your gonna mod them for drags then the banshee is the king. Just be REAL careful when you buy used and you can get a good deal that won't be a POS.

ok, i will look into some used quads-one question should i stay away fromlater model banshees or raptors? saw a 89 banshee piped, and a few other things for like 3000. you think a 89 is to old?

 

Not to old.. Just to much$$$ for that year model. I payed 3500$ for mine.
