Did anyone catch the hint??
I just noticed this and thought it would be cool to tell you guys. In Dirtwheels June 2003 issue, pg 114 top right corner under the pic of the warrior with blaster nose, it says "A blaster nose, IMS tank, Maier hand guards and shiny new plastic gives the warrior a whole new look. If Yamaha makes their new 450 look this good, we will be impressed. ". Or did we already know that? Just wanted to share what i found even though the yfz is already out.

Did anyone catch the hint??
The K&N i was using let in way too much dirt, and it is a shee 370 with reeds, had the k&n when it went 90 and toomey t5s give it such an extreme power gain that i wouldnt be suprised to see it go over 90 by a few mph. The stock pipe on the banshee curls like twice and toomeys, like other pipes for banshees, come straight out and allow maximum power output, But not as much as the tr6's. A pipe for a four stroke will never give as much power as they will for a 2 stroke, esspecially a banshee, because the power is taken away by those heavy a$$ stock pipes. hope this helps, Sheerider17 was there when it happened, he has a shee with pipes, filter, etc and his will do a minimum 86 mph.

I told the mechanic that i wanted a uni air filter or a twin air, but he put the crappy stock one back on it,oh well. And gary660r, why are bandits bad??They are great tires and have lasted since before i owned the machine! They give great traction and i have never had a flat with them. But i do want holeshot mx's on the front next. Sheerider17 is going to get the bandits after i get the holeshots.

Sorry but I am not buyin the 90 mph with the mods you have. I have a trailtech and I quickly realized that moisture will make it reset itself including the wheel diameter input. I ran my piped and jetted raptor one day and recorded a top speed of 137 mph. Check your trailtech. It probably needs to be reset.
