Default Has anyone ever split a Raptor carb?

I re-read your original post and think I might have been thinking of something else. Did you mean split the carbs as in 2 seperate carbs or actually open one of the carbs up into two halves? If its the latter I bet I was confusing the heck out of you.

Which screw broke? I guess it doesn't really matter now though does it. LOL

If its shooting a flame out I would think it would be rich, but I have been wrong once or twice before.

Are you using the same jets size?
Did you check the float level?

To make matters worse the one way bearing is pretty much shot. It doesn't want to start at all. Sigh.... I think riding is out this year. Hopefully next year all the frustation I'm going thru it will pay off.
I know the feeling. I have said the same thing for the past two years.
