how fast a big bear vs anouther utility quad????? isnt that like buying an accord and asking how steep of a hill can it climb, or can i get mud grip tires with it??? thoes quads are great but they are not built for speed. they are made to have fun and farm not skin a deer on the way home at 90+. just my stupid openion.

 

for us Canadians, hehe..... my Kodiak 400 will do 85 Km/h with the right conditions..... and I KILL my friend's Honda 350 and his is standard.

 

BB needs another gear! Any mech. hackers out there manage to replace the tranny on these?

We raced side by side a Kod. 400, kod 450, bb 400 I was on the 400 and lost, but won, because I saw an antelope that the Kod's winged by on, and it is now in my belly...... So drive safe!

 

can anyone tell me whats a better atv minus a diff lock suzuki eiger 400, big bear 400, or a prarie 360 wich one is faster and more reliable i need a bullet proof atv because of the driving distance between me and the dealers. I also want to run with me buddy brp 400 and sportsman 500 efi at least when where on logging roads i dont want to get dusted to bad. Also how many valves does the big bear have ?

 

I know the big bear is a tough bike....
