how to bend subframe back into shape

how to bend subframe back into shape
ANybody know the best way to bend the rear suframe on my raptor, to the left about 2 inches. It got bent during crash at Sand Mountain.
SHould I try to bend it back slowly on the bike??? Remove and rebend it??? Heat it up??? Smash it with block of wood and sludge hammer???
