its a 85-90 weight transmission fluid and the blaster takes .70 of a quart... talk to your local shop about which they recomend... but i change it once a month its cheap insurance for your tranny.

why a 12 tooth front sprocket by the way
the stock is 13 front and 40 rear if im not mistaken lowering your front gives you a 3.33 gear ratio so im guessing you have extreme bottom end power and 1st gear is almost non existant. I would reccomend going with a 2.86 gear ratio 14 front 40 rear(stock) to lenghten the gears a little, at least on mine thats what i did.

You are supposed to use 20w40 that is non friction modified as in Yamalube or another non automotive oil not saying you can't use others.I wouldn't use 85w90 gear oil considering you live in new york and its only getting colder. If you ride in the winter you can use 10w40 when the temperature gets low.

I always used Torco MTF in my LT when I had it. I don't know for sure if this is the case but they always said to use a specific MTF so it didn't have the anti-friction additives in it. If the oil has these, it will cause the clutch to wear out due to being slick and slipping.
