Banshee or something else?
#1
In about a year or so I will be buying a new quad, I have a Warrior right now and I either want a Banshee or YFZ450, but Im a kid so I cant really afford a used YFZ, but I can afford a used Banshee. I will be trail riding and was wondering with some pipes and silencers made for more torque and made for trails would it be a good trail quad and wont file plugs much? Would I have to rev it really high all the time?
If you know of some modifications that will turn the Banshee into a good trail quad, let me know.

Hm leave the mods right now... focus about your next quad...
i would say that the banshee responed much more better than the yfz
a nice moded shee is a blast! a friend of mine only piped hes shee and it does more than 80mph.
the yfz is smaller and light than the banshee so it will do better on trails but if you go dunes the shee smokes
a yfz in no problem...
if you more like a speed man that the speed is the important thing in a quad than go shee
with a couple hundred of dollars you can make the shee a blast!
and if you more like jumping and xc go yfz its stock shocks and suspension is Great!!!!

I like going fast and I want to try dunes some day as wells, but I will ride trails to, with FMF Gnarly pipes, FMF PowerCore 2 silencers, FMF torque reeds, K+N airfilters with outerwears, and K+N jet kits, would this make the Banshee good for trial riding as long as I have the throttle about 1/4 all the way and if I have the the throttle at atleast 1/4 the way all the time and jetted properly would it be good for trails and not fould plugs a lot? Also is the Banshee good for some small jumps?

Come on, there are tons of Banshee riders out there, anyways if I put FMF Gnarly Pipes, FMF powercore 2 silencers. K+N air filters with outerwears, K+N jet kit, and a boost bottle, would the Banshee be good for trails, and would I have to rev it to atleast 1/4 throttle all the time, and if I rev it 1/4 throttle all the time, will I foul plugs a lot. Also, how often would I have to rebuild if I trail ride, ride around a camp, and go fast in the straight aways. I was thinking about 3 years? I will also be putting either delta v-force reeds or FMF torque reeds, and I was wondering what reeds will give me more torque?

I like going really fast and accelerating fast too. I was just wondering with the aftermarket parts I will put on that I listed, if it will be good for trails and if I have to rev it really high or just like 1/4 throttle, how often I have to rebuild, and if it will foul plugs on the trails alot, also is it a good hillclimber?
