why is my header glowing orange at idle?

My friend had the same thing with his raptor when he put the yoshi pipe on. He called YOSHI And they said the pipe is not as thick as the stock one. He could only see it in his barn, once you got out side you cant see the glow.
He has rode it all summer like this and its fine so far. Air screws are 1.5 turns out.

Thats acutally normal. Even with the stock headpipe they glow but not quite so bright and it's harder to see. The stainless steel combined with thiner lighter metal really tend to show the glowing alot more but it wouldn't hurt to bump up the pilot or adjust the air/fuel mixture. It's not as serious as some people make it out to be. Good luck with that.

welllll
it wouldnt hurt to go a bit richer on the idle screw (3 turns on both),,,and go to a 25 till you really dial your jetting in
Lean is really bad (really bad),,,,Rich is ok
glowing is normal,,,but tooo much is fatal
go rich and then lean down from there
