Default Piston and Cam

I was wanting to put a piston and a cam into my raptor i have been looking at cams on magicracing.com and there is a stage 1 cam and a all around cam just wondering which one would be the best for me

and about the piston i would like to get one that i can really tell a difference when i get it and the proper cam working together

basically i want somone to tell me what piston and cam to get to make me more power, when i get the jetting bugs worked out

10.75:1 JE piston and stage I hot cam should give you awsome power gains for a good price.
Check out 14mins.com for Craycraft Racing for the best prices and Availiblity and bob will sell you all the gaskets you should need also.

9.1/1 or 9.2/1 I think.

9.1 or 9.2 is stock. What lowbow suggested would be a good combo.

I think the real question is what type of riding do you want the engine to be set up for? If you're a duner and plan to port it later I'd go with a 12:1 and a hotcams stage 2. A trail machine that will never see the hard running of the dunes and drags up hills I'd go with the mellower 11:1 and stage 1 cam. The stage 1 will be cheaper as you dont need valve springs, the stage 2 will be a more dramatic change with alot of top end when combined with porting and a higher comp piston.
