i was wondering how fast a kawi tecate 4 actually was, top speed-wise. does anybody know?

 

The tecate was the fastest production 250 quad ever made is what i heard.

 

topic is "what is the fastest EVER quad". So why are you guys talking about stock bikes? You guys are so impressed with your 76mph stock bikes that take 1/8-1/4 mile just to get to that speed, while a lot of us track racers are hitting 85-90mph in 100yards!

There are a lot of guys over in the mich area that run some 5 and 6 second 1/8's that are pretty wild

 

i think we are talking stock because with enough money you can always make one quad faster than the next... usually that is.
