Raptor frame bracing
You still in Korea Dude?
anyways, im in the middle of a rebuild and have swapped frames. I have 3years of track&Trail agressive riding on my old frame. For what it was gonna cost me to Gusset(brace) the frame and re-paint. i decided it was just cheaper to buy another frame ($450 for a stock one).
if your gonna do the work yourself...i can still help you out. if you like ...i could send you pics of the week spots. you in a rush to do this?

No rush. I have about ten months to go over here. I'm just trying to get everything in place so that when I come home, I can get started on my rebuild. If you could post pics, that would be cool. Would you suggest an aftermarket subframe? I got my Raptor a few days before leaving, and didn't really have time to ride. I weigh about 210 pounds, and I've heard that the stock subframes bend easily.

I am very surprised that I haven't had any problems with my frame. I don't baby this thing and haven't quite graduated to clearing all the tabletops so I always get a few flatlandings at every moto. Other than the paint flaking off around some of the welds, nothing has bent or cracked. I am going to send mine out for powdercoating this winter and would appreciate any suggestions for frame gussets also, never hurts to make it a little stronger.
