Default Which one will have more power?

I've decide to pipe and filter my dads 04 wolverine. Its a little bit weak on the very bottom.

Setup #1

Team Alba pipe, filter, jet kit and tourqe stuffer. Total $280

They say it adds 19% more power over stock

Setup #2

White Brothers R4, K&N filter, K&N jet kit. Total $265

Will this setup be better than the Alba and will it give us 19% or better?

Setup #3

White Brothers E series, K&N filter, K&N jet kit. Total $300

Will this setup be better than the Alba and will it give us 19% or better?

Screw a jet kit. Waste of money. You only have one carb and one main jet. Its not like its going to change that much, youll only need one or two sizes bigger to jet it. Thats like 5 bucks.

They are all going to be very close, I like the E-Series because you can change the discs to make it do whatever you want it to. You will feel a difference with either.
