Default ATV Insurance MUST READ could save you some money!

After reading some of the post on Insurance I called my State Farm agent and explained that I had two atvs a Wolverine and a Honda. Since I own a farm she said they would be under my farm policy if I used them for farm work ( I have a wagon, sprayer, and soon a rake). All I paid was $5 on the thousand for full coverage in case they ever get stolen. it doesn't cover them if they get stolen off the farm. If you have a farm policy and use your bikes sometimes for farm work you might want to give your agent a call. I know one thing, the $5 on the thousand was sure better than the $387 quote progresive gave me on my quads.

Yeah I'm in a pickle trying to get cheap insurance for my Cannondale. I have yet to get a quote for anything under $600 a year. Wish I could claim I used to for some kind of yard work ... any Cannondale hitches out there? Don't think so ...

Wow, $600 a year is high! You could hire a security guard for that much!

No kidding...

the problem is ... I was in an accident about 30 months ago. An old guy ran into me, it wasn't my fault, I wasn't cited. Doesn't matter, an accident is still on my record, and I am 19 years old. That means my insurance is big $$$. I don't know how they get away with charging you more because someone ran into you, but they do.

Another way to save some money on Atv insurance is if your in or have been in the Military. Go through the national insurance for military. My buddy has insurance on his Raptor and it covers theft. Its like $17 a month. Cheap.

I can't remember the name of the place though. But I can find out.
