has anyone thought about an inline fuel filter for the 2000 grizzly? if so , what size and make did ya use. did ya notice any lack in performance? where did ya install it at?????

I have a inline filter on my 2000 Grizz. no performance loss. I picked the filter up at my local bike shop and installed it between the shut off valve and the carb in the fuel line.

the filter was nothing special just a small universal one. glad I could help

2000 grizzly
supertrapp ids1
k&n power kit
reverse speed limit overide

Thanks for the wake up call. I will grab a fuel filter and install it on my Griz as soon as possible.

I hadn't thought about it, But hey thats a pretty good Idea, Might not hurt to pick up 2 and through one in the storage box incase yours gets clogged in the field. They are a snap to install.
