HELP.....throttle sticking

Pull the 2 screws out of the top of each carb and clean the slides. While you there check and make sure the needle is seat correctly.

If the actual throttle valves are sticking I would take a look at the throttle cables first. The second thing I would look at would be to make sure that the throttle valves themselves are not sticking. This could be caused by not having enough idle speed if there is not a bunch of gunk in the throttle valves.
Check out all of the basic mechanical stuff first. I doubt that it's an actual issue with your carbs... just a lack of proper adjustment or maintenance.
