well, after thusands of jumps I finally bent my axle. Im surprised it lasted this long the way I ride. So Whats a good axle for around 300 bucks. Im lookin at the dura blue HD. i need seals and such too. wheres a good place to shop. later

I bought my seals and bearings from Rocky Mountain ATV. www.rockymountainatv.com
They were for the factory axle. I would wait till you get your new axle, I don't know if the bearings and seals change to match the new axle.

Install tips? Hmmm let me recall..... I ended up using a bearing puller with a slide hammer attachment in order to get my rear end bearing out. It was the one that is in the actual final drive on the left side of the machine. If I recall correctly, I think I ended up heating it up with a propane torch as well.
Don't let it scare ya... just hold your tongue to the left, then right, then stand on yer head and yell Jimminy Cricket. Oh, and have patience.
