The only thing I have to say is that I had a blast on my 300EX, put 'er through he11 and not one complaint. Also, I can ride our Rancher on the same oil for 12 years straight and it still comes out golden, whereas my Rappy turns 'er black as coal after 5 minutes of idling. (No flaming either, I was exaggerating just a tad)

 

You can go off bashing the 250r and such. But go on lonestars website, and check out their aftermarkets frames. All are based off the 250r geometry. Same with all the swingarms. That should say something about their engineering.

Their suspension may not be up to par, but back in 86 it was the best. You sure expect the world out of a 16 year old machines dont you? LOL you think that your raptor and yfz would be as great as it is today if it were built in the 80's?

BTW I will respect any machine that is pulling me at the dumont hills, and I will respect any machine that I am pulling up the hills. It's not about liking someone elses quad, or not liking it, or liking your own quad or not. People have had good and bad experiences throughout the sport. No need to start bashing quads and all that stuff. I remember back when I was a little kid, me and my friends all had mountain bikes and we all road the same trails did the same stuff, sure some bikes did things better than others. The thing is, that we all loved our own bikes and we never really got into the hole bashing routine because we were all out there to have fun.

Of course we can get along. I ride with Hondas all the time, they work, and their owners love them.
BUT
Honda owners are the very worst at trashing other brands, especially Polaris. So what if we take a moment to give them some of their own medicine? Have fun with it.

I would like adding my ,02 cents to this thread. I was reading fourlix posts (which is the opposite as me). I'M the honda guy hating the yamaha guy attitude. But while I am at it, I just found out that I'm not hating Yamaha at all. Just <u>SOME</u> of their riders. MY friend got a banshee and never stop bragging about it. And I like exagerating about the 250r [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
