To me a "sport quad" is a 2wd chain drive unit.. and the best one is still up in the air. As far as "trails" go...there are a lot of different trails. Here in east KY we have alot of slower extremely steep rocky climbs,...deep mud and quite a bit of it,....some long hardpack strip mine roads. The kind of trail riding I do may be totally different than what anyone else does. I really don't see my Wolvy as a sport quad...more as multi function quad. I know its not the fastest machine out there. But going as fast as possible thru the trails is not what makes the BEST machine. There are a lot of trail riders that don't trail ride like they are in a race. Bottom line is there is no "Best sport quad for the trails" There is YOUR opinion of what quad does the best on YOUR type of trails.
